Yoga con Eidy! Yoga with Eidy!:

The Growing Center is delighted to continue our "Wellness in the Garden" series, with two yoga sessions––one in Spanish and one in English––from Eidy Williams, a Child Development Specialist, Teacher's Coach, and Children's Yoga Teacher with Somerville Head Start.

​

We are so grateful to have her share these wonderful sessions, which she developed as part of her childcare classroom mindfulness program, with us and all of our garden friends.
